Codoro for macOS
Codoro is being built as a signed, notarised desktop app. Provider keys will stay in the system keychain, the repository will be indexed on your own machine, and only the excerpts a model call needs will leave it.
Join the private beta
Builds go to a private list while the caps, the plan board and voice settle. Leave an address and you will hear when there is a macOS build to install — not before, and not about anything else.
Windows and Linux — not yet
macOS is the only platform for the first release. Both are wanted and neither is promised: a date on this page with no build behind it is how a roadmap turns into a broken promise. Join the list from any machine — where the signups come from is the argument for building the next one.
Four steps, then a repository.
This is how installing works when a build reaches you. During the private beta the steps below describe the app rather than something waiting to be downloaded.
Open the .dmg, drag to Applications
The download appears only with a signed release manifest, checksum and Apple notarization evidence.
Sign in with your Osokoro account
Same login as the web app. The plan and any credit balance come with it.
Add a key, or buy hosted credit
Paste an Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google, xAI, Moonshot, Z.ai, Alibaba or Mistral key — Codoro charges nothing for tokens you buy yourself. Or choose a plan to search the available Gateway catalogue and spend Codoro credit on hosted models.
Set a cap and open a repository
Per-run and per-day caps are asked for on first launch, not buried in settings.
